Am I supposed to be so excited about this that the words just roll off my tongue? They don't, despite my excitement about what I've read (those phrases notwithstanding). You've probably figured out that words are very important to me... so much that I had to do something most other people probably wouldn't do: change the words. Actually, I created a new one:
GIGL: verb (pronounced "giggle") sounds happy and fun, exactly what I want this experience to be. It creates the expectation in me that the hard work I have to do will be a joy.
Of course the word is an acronym/acrostic (?) that comes from
"Glycemic Index Glycemic Load"
and it's a homonym, too. Right?
Do something beautiful for your heart today.
